Fourth of July Weekend

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend. As mentioned in the previous post, hubby and I spent our holiday weekend in Las Vegas. It was my first time visiting Vegas so you can image how excited I was. Traveling was a little hectic since we were trying to squeeze our vacation into a 3-days weekend. We left home around 6:30pm on Friday and didn't get to Vegas until mid-night which was 3:00 a.m. local time. We woke up the next morning and had breakfast at the Paris Hotel. After breakfast, we went sightseeing at the Bellagio, the Planet Hollywood and some other amazing hotels.

What I am wearing:
Sundress: F21 (This dress can also be worn as swimsuit cover)
Sandals: Steve Madden (similar here)
Wristlet: Express (sold here)
Sunnies: Gucci 1798 NS (similar here)

After spending a few hours along the strip, we headed to the Las Vegas Premium Outlet for some shopping. I was so excited to see all the designer stores at the outlet such as Theory, Burberry, French Connection ect. Those stores aren't available back home. I got such a great haul from the outlet. Stay tuned for the content in this bag =)

After shopping, we got back to the hotel for dinner then out again to enjoy the city lights and catch the fireworks in front of Bellagio

Enjoy the spectacular dancing waters in front of Bellagio

The main purpose of this trip was to attend the Paris By Night live concert. PBN is a biggest Vietnamese Music Production in US based in California. They usually put together a million-dollar show every 3-4 months in Vegas. After the taping is done, they then produce a DVD and distribute all over the world. I have watched all their DVDs but have never attended their live concerts.

Yesterday, they put together a special show celebrating their 100th DVD. We were at the Planet Hollywood - Theatre For The Performing Arts early so there were some seats still empty but later thousands of audiences have arrived.

Pictures taken before and after the show

Taken with one of the PBN singers after the show

The show was spectacular, well put together and the performances are outstanding as always. It was a great experience to be a part of the celebration.

With friends outside the theatre - We were trying to recreate "Sex and The City" look :-)

They say “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” but the experiences and memories we had in Vegas will stay with us forever. I am glad to be home and ready to start a new work week.

Other dresses I worn during the trip just in case you're wondering :)

From left to right:
1. Black lace dress - Random purchase from (similar here)
2. Ruched Dress - Last minute purchase from F21 in Small (This dress is super tiny - sold here)

I'm so jealous of everyone's great outlet finds this weekend! Can't wait to see what you got :)

The first dress looks so cute and summery. And where's the dress you decided to wear to the concert from?

You look fairly tall in the first pic!

@PetiteXXS: The dress is from F21. See update :) It was the last minute purchase just because it fits soo great. I can hardly breath in that dress

@CynthiaC: I am almost 5'3 so I guess I am fairly tall
