Express is killing it lately. I haven't bought anything from them for years then all of a sudden, I find myself checking their site daily. I purchased a handful of items a few weeks ago and am so happy with everything. This entire outfit is currently 50% off.  I love the femininity of the blouse. The little details on it are amazing. They add some interest to a rather plain top. This skirt is another great buy. I am wearing a size 00 here and the waist fits perfectly without any gaps. The material is thick which is perfect for Fall and Winter. This skirt is also great for work when pair with black leggings.
