It's my birthday!

Happy Tuesday, everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxed weekend. I didn't even attempt to blog. We spent a lot of time with friends and family. Trying to soak up the last bit of summer. Today is my birthday! I am not afraid of getting older.  Every year gets better as I get to know myself more and feel more confident in my own skin. I enjoy different things at different stages of life. And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.” – Abraham Lincoln. My girlfriends and I went out for dinner last Friday. It is always so much fun catching up with the girls. My parents took us out for a birthday dinner on Saturday. We tried a new Italian restaurant in town and everything was so delicious. We went boating a lot with friends this past weekend. Tonight, my husband and I are going out for the last birthday celebration while the kids are at their practices. Every day is a blessing despite the challenges the world is facing right now.
