Each year, we ask the girls to write down what they really want for Christmas. We started doing this 5 years ago when Courtney was 6 and it has been working really well. This is Madelyn's first year making her list =). We also split the list with family members to make it easier on them. Below are what we ended up getting for the girls. For Courtney: She really wanted a phone this year. I honestly think 11 years old is still a bit young to own a smart phone. However, she is a very responsible child and have passed my trust test. We decided to grant her wish and keep a close eye on her.
