With the girls are out of school and family members are in town, it's been quite a busy week for us. I have a few handbag reviews are in the works but couldn't find time to finish them up. I am ending the week with a heartfelt note. I received several incredibly sweet comments lately and I just wanted to make a point to say thank you. There were many times I wanted to say goodbye to blogging but your comments are what keep me going. I said it before and I want to reiterate, blogging these days is a completely different game. It's a business. I promise myself that I am not going to play the numbers game and go against what I believe in to gain new followers, my blog definitely took a serious hit. I know I don't have a lot to offer when it comes to fashion tips and inspiration. I truly believe fashion blogs are on their way out. Everything has been done before and it's rare to find originality. As a blog reader myself, my favorite blogs don't seem as special anymore. With that being said, I am always in awe of those of you who take time out of your busy lives to leave me the nicest comments. From the bottom of my heart, I'd like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. Happy Friday!

Definitely agree. Love your blog for the realness of it. Especially love the handbag chitchats as well as sales announcement even if my wallet doesn't love it! Haha.
I seriously disagree with you when it comes to "not having much to offer..." I love your blog and I'm pretty happy with your ideas. Is it a business? Obviously!!! But if you work hard doing your homework to search nice stuff, give ideas to people like me (not gifted in the fashion department) post helpful reviews, take pictures of yourself with the clothes... discuss fabrics, rate the quality, etc. Why wouldn't anybody want to support you by using your links???? I don't mind. In fact, I think you deserve to make good money on your blog. I have clicked and will continue to click on and use your links to buy stuff.
I really appreciate people who feel like giving up on something but then decide to continue ...NEVER give up!!!
I believe that it serves you no purpose to compare your blog to other blogs because your style is different... simple. That's what I like!!! If I showed up to work in high heels and a mini skirt or shorts... (I freelance) I don't think I would get called again :-)
That style works for a lot of people and I'm happy for them but it doesn't work for me.
I know that maintaining your blog hasn't been easy. I know you have two kids, a beautiful house and a supportive hubby...a lot to care for. So, any effort you put forth to press on --is greatly appreciated. DO NOT allow comments full of derision and oozing with envy to stop you! Always remember that envy is something that people suffer from when they are dissatisfied with their own lives and they become destructive. If only people switched that energy to do good and encourage others, they would be happy!!!
--- Keep that in mind my dear Sydney! Now, enjoy your family and take your time (don' stress over a blog --just enjoy it) the girls and I will be waiting for some more of your great ideas and tips. :-) With much love...Jenny
