My latest purchases

It's been a rough week in our household. The hubs is still recovering from the flu. The little one had the flu followed by an ear infection. Poor thing! Even though it's so nice outside, I had no chance of taking outfit photos. Today, I am sharing my latest acquisitions. A few pieces I purchased for our upcoming ski trip in Banff (can't wait!). If you have any suggestions/recommendations, I would love to hear. A few pieces I purchased for the upcoming spring season. They're either on sale or selling out so I thought I'd share them now just in case you're interested. I will share my thoughts regarding these items in the upcoming posts.
1. Topshop booties - On major sale. Run a half-size larger
2. Zella moto leggings - Amazing! Review coming soon
3. Le Specs sunglasses - My new favorite!
4. Ombre yoga leggings and matching bras: Review coming soon!
5. Beanie (ponytail friendly) - How cool, right? the knit is so thick and warm. It's big enough to cover my ears
6. Adidas track jacket - A chic light weight jacket for the cooler weather
7. Uniqlo heattech tee - First time trying out the brand and I hope they live up to the expectations
8. Uniqlo turtleneck sweater
9. The North Face Metropolis 2 parka - A light weight but super warm puffer jacket. Also available here, here and here
10. Sorel "Joan of Arctic" boots - I heard so many great things about these boots and they do not disappoint.
11. Tassel sweater - Would be perfect for the plane ride
12. Faux fur jacket - The quality is meh but it's so cute for photos lol
13. Moisture-wicking leggings - Will be used as my base layer
14. Burgundy swimsuit - My first swimsuit purchase of the season
15. Pullover v-neck sweater - Another keeper for me. I love this sweater so much that I got the same one in red
16. Lace up sweater - The quality of this sweater is fantastic. If you're going to get one thing in this post, get this sweater. The knit is thick, heavy and feels so nice
17. Blush pink wrap dress - Amazing dress for an amazing price
18. Burgundy blouse - Airy for spring
19. Nike dual tone racer sneakers - The color palette is perfect for spring
20. Polka-dot jumpsuit - My obsession with jumpsuit continues and this one is a keeper

Whew!!! That was a lot. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, feel free to let me know

Banff is amazing! I live in Alberta and visit often. Check out Grizzly House for a unique dining experience, try a Beaver Tail, and get some ice cream from Cow's. Banff Ave is fun to walk down, and Johnston Canyon is a fun family-friendly trail to try too. Lots of amazing food in Calgary too if you are driving by.

Thanks for your recommendations. Beaver Tail and Johnston Canyon are on my to do list. I am debating whether we should visit Ice castles in Edmonton or not. It's a bit of a drive from Banff

Hi can I ask how item 15, the neck sweeter, run?

It runs true to size. I got a size S which is a bit oversized on me. Hope that helps.

That's where I live! The castles are definitely impressive but in my opinion, not worth the 4-hour drive from Banff...unless you decide to visit some of our other sites like West Edmonton Mall!
