An affordable dress option for Valentine's Day

It's no secret that I do not spend a lot of money on clothes. I truly believe you can look expensive and put together without spending a fortune. The only clothing category that I am willing to spend my hard-earned money is outerwear. I love cheap and cheerful finds especially the ones that make me feel like a million bucks. I bought this dress last November and I love it so much! I wore it to church once, wore it again on a date night with my husband and I wore it last weekend for a night out with my girlfriends. For under $20, this dress has proven to be a great purchase. It's flirty for a night out yet classy for a church service. If you're still not sure what to wear this Valentine's Day, get this dress. Speaking of going out, I wanted to share my experience at a relatively new local spot, Vaso in Dublin. There was a lot of hype about Vaso's seasonal igloos. This new dining experience in a heated igloo is very cool (you can see one of the igloos in the group photo below). We couldn't make a reservation. They're all booked until March. However, we decided to check the place out regardless. Such a let-down! The food and drinks were average at best. One of my friends in this group is a bar owner. She can make some bomb drinks! Our bill was almost $300 and we ended up walking to a different place to get more food (lol!). The vibe is cool but if you're here for the food and drinks then I say skip it. I know I have a few local readers so I hope this is helpful. Even though the experience was just ok, I had a great time, lots of fun and laughs.
