- I run/walk between 22 - 25 miles per week.
- I will walk/bike or run shorter distances on leg days (for example: Week 1 - Tuesday)
- On a non-leg day, I will run a longer distance
- I typically run during my lunch break and do this workout regiment later in the day (preferably 1 hour after dinner)

My quarantine workout routine
Hope you're all doing well. Quarantine is emotionally challenging, but there are ways you can make it a positive experience. We've been home for almost 6 weeks now and I plan to use this time to take good care of myself (physically and emotionally). Daily exercise is a must for training your mind and body. Today, I am sharing my current workout routine as well as an extensive, 4-week workout regimen for those of us who are itching to get back into our routines or looking for something new to try.
