My quarantine workout routine

MyWorkoutRoutine_SydneysFashionDiary
Hope you're all doing well. Quarantine is emotionally challenging, but there are ways you can make it a positive experience. We've been home for almost 6 weeks now and I plan to use this time to take good care of myself (physically and emotionally). Daily exercise is a must for training your mind and body. Today, I am sharing my current workout routine as well as an extensive, 4-week workout regimen for those of us who are itching to get back into our routines or looking for something new to try. I workout 7 days a week. Outfit details: Fabletics outfit | Le Specs sunglasses | Nike sneakers *on sale* | Apple watch

  1. I run/walk between 22 - 25 miles per week.
  2. I will walk/bike or run shorter distances on leg days (for example: Week 1 - Tuesday)
  3. On a non-leg day, I will run a longer distance
  4. I typically run during my lunch break and do this workout regiment later in the day (preferably 1 hour after dinner)

Speaking of this 4-week workout regiment, I have helped from fitness professionals to put together this extensive routine. You can customize the workouts based on your fitness level or time. If this is too easy for you, you can repeat the routine 2,3 times. If this is too difficult for you, you can decrease the number of reps. This full body workout routine hits every major muscle group whether you train the upper body, lower body and core in a single session. A PDF version is available here for download if you're interested. If this workout regiment is not suitable for you, there are so many great workout videos on YouTube. My favorite channels are: MadFit and Chloe Ting. These YouTube workouts are great if you want to concentrate on certain areas of your body. I love Maddie's 10 minute standing abs workout and 10-minute lower ab workout. Chloe Ting also has some amazing workout videos. Hope you find this post helpful. Please stay healthy, stay safe and stay home!
