Affordable high-neck dress

Happy Monday, everyone! Being home for months, I don't mind making cheap and cheerful purchases to keep me sane and of course, cheerful =). This adorable dress was one of them. For under $20, I have no complaints. I love the halter neck and the print is so on trend. I wore this to my nephew's birthday yesterday and it kept me cool. It comes with a matching tie belt but I decided to pair it with one of my old belts to break up the pattern. Our little guy turned 6 yesterday. The cake was so delicious.
