Happy Friday, everyone! It's been a long work week. I am so ready for the weekend. Express has been killing it lately. I used to be a fan of Express years ago.
Fun fact: Their distribution center is down the street from where I live. I used to work there when I was in college. I worked second shift from 3:30 p.m. to midnight for a couple of years. What I miss most about working there is their sample sales. Everything was dirt cheap =) Being so close to the distribution center, I get my stuff super quick. I stopped shopping there for the past few years simply because nothing caught my eye. Recently, I find myself wanting to shop there again. Their Fall collection is amazing. I've been looking for a blazer dress for a long time but haven't really found anything that I love. Stumbled upon this one while looking and decided to give it a try. The fit is amazing! I find the length and proportions are excellent for my height and frame (which is rare since I am only 5'2"). The fabric feels nice (not see through whatsoever despite being white). I love the style. It's chic, it's elegant and it makes me feel like a millions bucks.
With 50% off, the price is right. You can style this romper conservatively by wearing a camisole underneath or you can make it look chic and sexy by wearing a lace bra like I did here. My only hesitation - How much wear I would get out of it (especially during the pandemic)? I know the price is not going to break the bank but I try really hard not to buy things I don't really need. I have absolutely no spare room in my walk-in closet. I need your help here -
Should I keep this romper because it's amazing or should I return it because I won't get much wear out of it? I also purchased
