This weekend, my family and I headed down to Circleville for the annual Pumpkin Show. The Circleville Pumpkin Show attracts over 400,000 visitors (100,000 per day) to this small community of 12,000 people. They come to see the giant pumpkins, the world's largest Pumpkin Pie, parades, entertainment, attractions, and try various pumpkin-flavored goodies.
For us, it's becoming a tradition that we look forward to each year. Here are a few snapshots from the show:
{The biggest pumpkins of the show: 1st place: 1436 lbs, 2nd place: 1198 lbs}
{Pumpkin everything!}
{..and more pumpkins}
{The world's greatest pumpkin pie}
{So many visitors!}
Have a great week, everyone!

Looks like a great weekend Sydney ;)
I am just now realizing how little I've tried in terms of pumpkin flavored items. There's more to coffee, pumpkin, bread, and cheesecake/pie ;)
Wow, very inventive with all the different foods featuring pumpkin! I wonder if that pumpkin pie tastes good? Looks like you had a great time with the family - did you have any pumpkin favorites?
