Easy stripes

Lately, my weekend uniform consists of a comfy dress and a pair of sandals. Up until this point, I am still wearing the only 5 maternity pieces that I've bought so far. Let's see if I can get through this entire pregnancy without buying anymore maternity clothes =)

What I am wearing:
Dress: Classic long stripes dress c/o OASAP (buy similar here or here)
Denim jacket: H&M - size 2 (buy similar here)
Sandals: Steve Madden (buy similar here)
Sunglasses: Kate Spade Gayla
Tote: J.Crew Tillary
Lipstick: NYX in summer breeze

I've been skeptical of midi-length dresses. I've got this stripes dress from OASAP a few weeks ago and am surprised by how much I like the midi length of this dress. Midi length is fabulous for petites. For those of you who want to show off your fabulous ankles, wear with flat sandals, flip flops or shorter heels. Personally, I don't think midi-length dresses/skirts look quite right with towering stilettos.

I can't say enough good things about this H&M denim jacket. It is worth every penny. I've been wearing it almost every weekend since it was purchased. Simple and effortless, a denim jacket adds instant polish and style to any outfit.

This month's Petite Fashion Challenge is live tonight. Sadly, I missed out on this but will definitely check out all the fabulous entries!

Readers, what's your weekend uniform?

I like how you have the denim jacket over. Your baby bump isn't too obvious and only when you sit down. I reckon you must have been able to succeed with your current clothes without having to purchase more maternity clothes. I wished that I could be like this in future too.

@anhie I like it but unfortunately, it doesn't get worn very often (because of the holiday-ish pattern)

@SewPetiteGal Thanks, S! I am feeling OK. I am so ready to meet this little one =)
