Style Remix: Ways to wear a cobalt blue skirt

This cobalt blue skirt from Ann Taylor remains one of my favorite pieces from my own closet. I feel a bit intimidated by the color at first but surprisingly, it's unbelievably versatile. I've been wearing it countless times since last year and will continue to find ways to recreate different looks. Today, I'm participating in Putting Me Together's One Piece, Many Ways link up. If you're looking for ways to remix your wardrobe, I highly suggest you check this feature out. Hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend!

What I am wearing:
Skirt: Ann Taylor *old* (buy similar here or here)
Shoes: Target wedges *old* (buy similar here or here

It's a bold color but pairing with neutrals as you did makes it work! Beautiful!

Such a pretty colored skirt! I remember that skirt at Ann Taylor and wanted to buy it but never did. Now I'm totally regretting it. Love it, sydney! :)

You look beautiful! It's funny because I am sometimes intimidated by cobalt blue as well, but so drawn to it at the same time. I love that it actually goes with so many things. I really like all the pairings you have on this post - I'm always trying to recreate new outfits with the pieces in my closet and it can be a challenge sometimes. I'm definitely checking out the feature - thanks for the info! :)

I really love that color!! It's such a rich, deep tone. I know what you mean though, I think any piece with a brilliant tone kind of intimidates me at first too because I always worry that it's too bright or flashy... but at the same time, it's also a really versatile item. You did a great job with these pairings. I love the one paired with the leopard top! You look beautiful :) Hope you had a great week too!!
