Is winter over yet? Dressing in extreme cold weather conditions isn't always easy. I have basically lived in turtlenecks and thick tights for the past month. This outfit is not exactly cheerful but let's look on the bright side, a fun print will always brighten up the day =)

That is nice that the skirt has multi-colored sequins. Hope you get warm weather soon! We have been fortunate to be experiencing a very mild winter in Portland. Gives me time to build up my cold weather wardrobe!
