Kicking off the first work week of 2015 with this little houndstooth dress. I added a turtleneck underneath for extra warmth. This dress is fully lined but runs small. I would recommend going up a size if you're in between sizes. Happy Wednesday!

Ooh, I love this. The dress is still available on sale, and I'm seriously tempted. Do you mind disclosing what sizes you normally take or what your measurements are? I don't want to get the wrong size, and I'm not sure if I should order a M like you or a L. My shoulders and hips would be the tight areas--shoulders are just under 16" across, and hips are 35".
