I am wearing a size 00 petite here and couldn't have asked for a better fit. It's hard to see in photos but the top part of the dress is not lined. However, I don't mind a slightly too sheer fabric in the summer. The bottom part of the dress is fully lined. For those who fall into a similar size range as me, measurements are as follows: shoulder-to-shoulder = 10", waist = 13.5", overall length = 35". I love the dress and at this amazing price, I am 100% recommend this beauty if you're on the hunt for a cute white summer dress.
