2 ways to wear a buffalo check shirt

PlaidShirtWhiteDenimShorts_SydneysFashionDiary

Welcome the 1st official day of Autumn! I am excited for Fall but not ready to say goodbye to Summer yet. Mixing a Fall appropriate print with a Summer shade is a great way to combine the best of both worlds. This top is supposed to be a dress but was borderline too short on me. For work, I tuck it into a pencil skirt. The pattern adds some dimension, texture, and visual interest to the outfit. On the weekend, I pair it with my trusty summer shorts. Tying the shirt gives off a laid back attitude. I am looking forward to wearing it with a pair of black leggings when the weather gets colder. The flannel feels thick and cozy. I love a true buffalo plaid shirt for Fall and this one definitely fits the bill (currently buy one get one 55% off)

I like how you paired it with a dressy skirt! Very pretty!

That plaid shirt is so pretty. I love it with both of the white bottoms, especially the lacey skirt. I own a very similar skirt and plaid top so I will try that second outfit.

Take Care, Ada. =)
