5 of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to luxury goods

Today's post is a bit different. I wanted to share 5 of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to designer goods. Keep in mind that these are my own opinions. Please don't take it personal. This post is for entertainment purposes only. You do you =)
1. Logo mania: There is no secret that I love luxury goods. However, I  will never wear head-to-toe designer logos. A piece of jewelry, a belt or a bag will take your outfit to the next level but not all at once. You don't want to be a walking billboard. There is nothing classy about covering in designer logos.
2. Logo handbags at work: I love my handbags and wish I could use them daily. However, carrying a recognizable logo bag to work is not something I'd do. If you work in the fashion industry or creative field then it might not be a big deal at all. As for my work bag, I switch back and forth between this bag and this bag

3. "Casually" mention how much something costs without being asked: Please do not mention the price tag without being asked. In this day and age, if someone wants to know how much something costs, they can find it out in 0.2 seconds. Throwing some numbers around without being asked makes you a try-hard. I know someone like this IRL and she drives me nuts (especially when I know for a fact that the price wasn't even accurate)

4. Designer goods do not define you: Wearing head-to-toe designer does not make you better than anyone else. Be humble and learn to appreciate what you have. We buy luxury goods to enhance  our lives so don't let them take away the meaning of your life.

5. Don't be judgmental: I rarely share my luxury purchases with people outside of my family. Sometimes, people are quick to judge others. They automatically assume that I am materialistic. I am not. I just appreciate the finer things in life.

There you have it! What are you biggest fashion pet peeves? I'd love to hear

I definitely agree with some of those things you said. I feel like people sometimes focus too much on brands and who has something designer and who doesn't when it doesn't really matter, at least to me it doesn't.

I recently bought the LV mini palm spring bag but have not used it yet. I'm not usually drawn to LV's monogram print but for some odd reason really love the print on the palm spring. How is the bag holding up for you? Do you use it often?

Yes, I am still obsessed with that bag. It's probably my #1 most used bag. It's such a low maintenance bag and works great for my lifestyle.
