2 super easy pork chop recipes

BestPorkChopRecipe_SydneysFashionDiary
Cooking seems like the only thing I do these days. I am sure it's the same for most of you. My husband and I are working during day like just like a normal workday so I am all for easy recipes. Today, I am showing you 2 quick pork chop recipes. After marinating, you can either grill them outside if the weather permits or you can bake them in the oven (350 degrees) for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork chops. Serve with rice and vegetables.
1. Method #1 (aka 12345 method): Mix all ingredients below and marinate the pork chops for at least 1 hour
  • 1 tsp of cooking wine
  • 2 tsp of rice vinegar
  • 3 tsp of sugar
  • 4 tsp of soy sauce
  • 5 tsp of water + black pepper

2. Method # 2: If you don't have cooking wine and rice vinegar on hand, just marinate the pork chops with this popular Korean BBQ marinate. You can find this on Amazon Prime. The taste is still pretty good. Just make sure you marinate the chops for at least 1 hour. I told you it's easy =)

Thank you for sharing this recipe! Will definitely give this a try. Do you know how to make the vietnamese style lemongrass pork chops?

Also- Levi's is having 40% off right now on all jeans!

Yes I do but I don't have any lemongrass on hand. I am dreading going to an Asian market. Will blog the recipe when I have a chance. Thanks so much for the tip! That's an amazing sale. Have a wonderful week, Annie.
