3. We took the boat out for the last time before winterizing it for the season.
4. My Dad turned 80 years old last Monday! My brother and I had big plans to celebrate his special birthday. Unfortunately, we had to postpone it due to COVID. The family went out for dinner to celebrate his milestone birthday. Happy Birthday, Dad!
1. Turtleneck sweater: The perfect loose-fitting sweater. It runs a tad small. I sized up to a medium for a relaxed fit. A neutral colored sweater is a Fall must have. It's on sale for less than $30 right now (ends tonight).
2. White lace bodysuit: It's not a secret that I love lace pieces. Even though this one is under $20, the quality is amazing. It's a non-stretch lace fabric so size up if you are in between sizes. I ordered a size XS but a small would be a better fit.
3. High-waisted black jeans: I was looking for a pair of jet black jeans. I have a couple of pairs but they're faded over time. I did some research and decided to give these high-waisted built-in sculpt never fade jeans a try. I haven't received them yet but I will report back for sure.
4. Classic flannel shirt: I grabbed another flannel shirt since it was on sale. It is very soft and comfortable. Great for layering! The plaid is beautiful. Colors are rich and true. Run true to size. I got my usual size XS.
5. Faux leather jacket: Believe it or not, I did not own a leather jacket previously. I saw this jacket online and decided to give it a try. It is the perfect jacket for Fall to Winter transition. A size XS fits me well with room to spare. The leather has a matte finish which I love. Not to mention it has gorgeous rose gold metal details. If you're looking for a leather jacket, I highly recommend this one.
6. Hiking boots (super affordable) - These hiking boots are so amazing. I have several pairs of hiking boots but they are heavy duty. I was looking for a pair of fashionable and practical hiking boots and these fit the bill. I'll do a detailed review soon.
7. Leopard sneakers (super affordable) - Another great find this month. These adorable sneakers are so comfortable out of the box. Very trendy and practical. The best part? They are only $16. Can you believe that?
8. Black riding boots: This is a replacement for my black riding boots that I purchased from DSW 6 years ago (lol!). They are starting to fall apart. I am so happy with this new purchase. They are beautifully crafted and excellent fit. They run true to size and the calf fit great with no pressure at all
9. Bearpaw cozy boots: This is another replacement for my Ugg boots. They are extremely comfortable and keep my feet toasty. I wear them to walk my dogs when it's freezing cold outside. It's available in 40 colors!!!
