Are Dyson products worth the money?

DysonV11Animal_SydneysFashionDiary
Dyson V11 Animal cordless vacuum: There is no secret that I am a huge fan of Dyson. My husband and I bought a Dyson vacuum when we first got married. $280 for a vacuum was steep 11 years ago. However, I've heard great things about the brand so I thought I'd give it a shot. Plus, all Dyson products have a great manufacturer's warranty that comes standard with your purchase. Fast forward 11 years later, the vacuum is still going strong. We did have to send it out for repair once but that was the only time. Even though the vacuum still works, it's a hassle to carry up and down the stairs since it's very heavy. We got Finn last September so I asked for a cordless vacuum for Christmas and Santa indeed fulfilled my wish =) I don't know what I would do without this vacuum now. My Samoyed sheds a lot and I do mean a lot. This vacuum picks up so much. I use it every single day for the past 10 months and let me tell you, it's worth every single penny. I know $600 is a insane price for a vacuum but I can tell you from my own experience, it's worth every penny. This workhorse handles all the usual vacuuming tasks on multiple flooring surfaces including carpets, area rugs, and hard floors. It comes with a bunch of attachments to fit your needs. You can easily switch between Eco, Auto and Boost. Can you tell I am slightly obsessed with this vacuum? This exact one is available at Target, Dyson and Best BuyDyson3in1Purifier_SydneysFashionDiary
Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool Purifier: Before redoing our master bedroom, we had one of those ceiling fan with lights. To be honest, I hate that thing with a passion. I can't wait to get rid of it. I replaced that with a beautiful chandelier. Even though the chandelier is beautiful, there is no built-in ceiling fan. My husband always wanted a fan in the bedroom to circulate the air. For our anniversary this past September, I got him this Dyson fan/heater/purifier. This serves as a heater, a fan and an air purifier! This 3-in-1 product has so many amazing features. It comes with a remote control so you don't have to get out of bed to adjust the temperatures. It heats our whole bedroom perfectly. The temperature goes up to 99 degrees. It's incredibly quiet. I can barely notice when it's on. The best part is that it's purifying the air while heating/cooling the room. My husband has moderate allergies (plus the dog) so this is a wonderful product to have. I know it's not a cheap product but it's totally worth the money in my opinion. If I find it on sale somewhere on Black Friday, I am going to grab 2 more for the kids. This product available at TargetTarget, Best Buy, Dyson and Amazon.DysonSupersonicHairDryer_SydneysFashionDiary
Dyson Supersonic hair dryer: Last but not least is the Dyson hair dryer. I contemplated this hair dryer for a couple of years and finally got it last Christmas. First impressions: It dries my hair so fast, leaves it shiny and reduces frizz. It's powerful yet much quieter than typical hair dryers. With that being said, is it worth $400? I would say no. If you are into gadgets and can find it on sale somewhere, I say go for it. Otherwise, you can spend your hard earned money on other Dyson products. This is a nice to have product. I am glad I have it but I would be fine using a more affordable hair dryer. It's currently 20% off during the Sephora Holiday Savings Event if you're a Rouge member (going on now). I also found the same hair dryer for 30% off here. The sale won't last long. Still full price at Best Buy, Dyson and Ulta. Dyson products rarely go on sale.

To wrap up this post, Dyson is a very cool brand and I don't mind spending money on their innovative products. Yes, they are expensive but the brand consistently delivers quality products that make life easier which I am all about these days. If you're going to get one product from Dyson, I highly recommend one of their amazing vacuums.
