A girl can never have enough lace skirts in her wardrobe. For those who are interested, this skirt has a comfortable fit with an elastic waistband to accommodate a wide range of waist sizes. Measurements of a size S (un-stretched) are: 11.5" (very small) across the waist and 28" length. I kept the rest of the look neutral to let the skirt shine on its own. The lace design on that skirt is just gorgeous! I love the fact that it's semi-sheer on the bottom so you can see more of the detail.
