Soaking up the last bit of summer in my favorite pair of shorts and a new lace top. Combining dressy and casual elements in one look is something I love to do. On top of that, the color B&W has always been my favorite. Therefore, this outfit is a win-win situation in my book. Please note that this top has a cropped lining. I wore this black cami (for < $2) underneath for more coverage.
