Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of hot water (use the condensed milk can to measure)
- 2 cans of whole milk
- 1 container (4 - 6oz) of plain Greek yogurt
- 8 - 10 glass jars
- Whisk the condensed milk and hot water together in a bowl
- Whisk the Greek yogurt and whole milk in a separate bowl
- Combine 2 bowls together
- Strain the mixture though a mesh strainer to ensure that it's smooth
- Pour the yogurt into glass jars - I love these 4 oz jars.
- Select Yogurt option on your instant pot. Change time to 9 hours. If you like a tarter yogurt, extend the incubation time to 10 hours. If you like a sweeter yogurt, reduce the incubation time to 8 hours. Do this overnight so that you'll have these yummy yogurt containers for breakfast =)

You meant 2 cups of whole milk?
No, I meant 2 cans of whole milk. Use the condensed milk can to measure.
Can I make the recipe straight in the pot, without the little jars?? Then transfer the yogurt to a container once it’s ready?
I have never tried that but I don't see why not?
