Black & White: Newest find from H&M

Sorry for lacking of outfit postings lately. I just realized I didn't have any casual outfits for my lookbook so here it is, my newest find from H&M. Black and white is my favorite combination to wear at all times. The combination creates a classic look but chic and elegant at the same time.

LOFT is having 40% off the entire purchase in stores and online (with code FIX40). I went to the mall today to check it out. I was surprised that there was quite a few XXSP and 00P still available at the local store. Here are some of my favorite:

Petite Petal Shell Tank With Chain in XXSP ($59.50 plus 40% off)

It's pretty, isn't it? I love the color and neckline details. This top goes with everything. It is a great addition to summer wardrobe.

Petite Mini Spots Ruffle Dress ($89.50 plus 40% off)

The fit was OK. As you can tell from the picture, it was a bit loose around my waistline area. The dress probably will look better with the belt.

Petite Shimmery Jacquard Skirt ($69.50 plus 40% discount)

I love the fit of this dress. It's very stylish and feminine. This skirt comes in 2 different colors (Navy blue and Petal Pink). I was going to get this skirt in Petal Pink but 00P wasn't available at store today. I might have to order it online to take advantage of 40% off.

What inspired me…

I’ve been searching all over the Internet trying to find a petite friendly clothing line and run into quite a few petite-friendly blogs. Two of many excellent resources are ExtraPetite and AlterationNeeded. I was amazed with the information I found on their blogs. I love to shop especially bargain shopping. With the mortgage, car payment and ridiculously expensive daycare, there isn’t much room in my pocket for expensive shopping. My philosophy is you don’t have to spend a fortune to look good. I shop pretty often. I rather shop frequently and pay less than pay a fortune for things that I need when they’re not on sale. Because of that, I really like the idea of sharing tips and experiences with petite shoppers and also getting feedbacks from others.I can't wait to share my shopping experiences with all of you.
