It's time to join the fun :)

It's time for another Kendi’s 30 for 30 challenge. I have always wanted to participate in this challenge but wasn't confident enough to do so. The main reason because I do not know if it is possible for me not to shop for a whole month. Anyway, she is having another challenge starting tomorrow. This time, I decided to join the fun (along with some other favorite bloggers). I didn’t make it official but I have been on a shopping ban since the beginning of this month. It’s been 12 days without shopping. Surprisingly, it’s a lot easier than I thought. I will try my best to take outfit's photos every day. The sole purpose of joining this challenge is to force myself not to shop and work with what I already have in my closet. I am actually very excited to join this time. im so excited you're doing it, too! not shopping is going ok, but im doing a lot of research for my next bigger purchase now, so perhaps my "shopping ban" is counter-productive. oh well. cant wait to see what you put together!

I noticed you didn't add accessories. They don't count in the 30, do they? I can't wait to see everyone's 30x30s! This should be fun/interesting :D

I can't wait to see what you do, Sydney!! I've been wanting to do this for a while-- because I too have shopped way too much (not to mention my closet space seems to be shrinking by the day) and am wanting to stretch my creativity. Still thinking about it, but I'm definitely looking forward to your posts!!

I'm excited to see so many textures! Lace, leopard (ok this one isn't really a texture lol), silk, seersucker, etc. Can't wait to follow you as you remix for the next month!

How exciting! I do like the mix of textures and colors in your 30. Curious to see what mystery # 30 is!

Hi. I just stumbled on your blog. I love all your items.

Just started my own blog and hope you'll follow too. I noticed there is a petite community for bloggers. I am 5'2" and wondered how to be a part of it.

Ooh, mystery item! It'll be exciting to see how bloggers style their remix items. Like most here, I noticed the textures in your items. That would be fun to see!

How fun, I always think this is one great and creative challenge but I am too lazy to plan ahead. I need 365x365 challenge, seriously. Shop way too much this year. I will make an attempt to use clothes that I bought but never wear and stop buying.

Good luck with the challenge! Haha I know what you mean though about it being hard not to buy anything for a whole month - the longest my shopping bans have lasted have only been 2.5 weeks tops. I'm curious to see what you come up with though!

I have both the Ann Taylor crochet skirt and The Limited eyelit skirt, too! I went on a hunt for the perfect lace skirt this summer and then went overboard. But they both have different functions and I couldn't part with either! I just looked at all of your 30-day outfits, you did great! =)
